1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is completed and a second email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once shipped, carrier transit time typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided in your email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@womio.shop.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable delivery partners when available.

The carrier assigned to your shipment will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Womio accepts responsibility for packages that are confirmed lost or damaged while in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at support@womio.shop with your order number and photographs of any damage.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Womio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to update the information before shipment.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Womio ships within the United States only.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Any future expansion of shipping destinations will be announced on our website.
